Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made through US STORES INDIA, operated by US STORES INDIA (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Order Processing

  • Standard Timeline: Most orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding Indian public holidays).
  • Cutoff Times: Orders placed after standard business hours, on weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.
  • Modifications: Because we aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes to your shipping address once an order has entered warehouse processing. If you need to make a change, please contact us immediately.

2. Shipping & Delivery Timelines

  • Estimated Transit Time: Once your order has been dispatched, standard carrier transit typically takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Total Estimated Delivery: Including processing time, you can expect your package to arrive within 4 to 9 business days.
  • Delays: Please note that delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, carrier disruptions, or regional restrictions may cause delays.

3. Destinations & Restrictions

  • Service Area: We currently ship to most eligible PIN codes across India.
  • Exclusions: We do not currently offer international shipping. If a specific PIN code is unserviceable by our logistics partners, you will be notified during checkout or shortly after placing your order.

4. Packaging & Fulfillment

  • Secure Packaging: All products are shipped in secure, plain outer packaging to ensure the safety of your items in transit and maintain your privacy.
  • Multiple Shipments: To ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible, we utilize multiple fulfillment centers. Therefore, a single order containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages on different dates. You will not be charged extra shipping fees for split deliveries.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or SMS containing your tracking information.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to become active in the logistics partner’s system.

6. Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages

  • Marked as Delivered: If your tracking link shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with family members, neighbors, or building security. Occasionally, carriers mark packages as delivered prematurely.
  • Reporting an Issue: If you still cannot find your package after 24 hours of it being marked as delivered, please contact our support team within 48 hours. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue.
