Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at US Stores India. We strive to ensure our customers receive high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

• Apparel & General Merchandise: Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery. All garments must be unworn and unwashed, with all original tags fully intact and attached.
• Confectionery & Perishable Goods: For health and safety compliance, all sales of food items, snacks, and confectionery are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on these products unless the item arrived damaged, expired, or defective.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number, a brief explanation of the issue, and photos if the item is defective:

Upon review, our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with the designated return shipping address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and physically inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
• Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times can vary before a refund is officially posted.

4. Shipping Costs

• Store Error/Defect: We will bear the return shipping costs and arrange for a reverse pickup if the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
• Customer Preference: For all other returns, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
